A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Knox County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages You Send
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Links may lead to the Knox jail roster, booking feeds, sheriff and corrections pages, Kentucky public portals, federal locators, or commercial search tools. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may measure activity across websites to select ads. That tracking occurs through their systems, not as a Knox County government function. Kentucky public-record access under KRS 61.872 concerns agency records and does not govern a private site's analytics practices.
